RemX Staffing is looking for compassionate and patient Customer Service Representatives.
- Title: Customer Service Rep
- Employment Type: Contract
- Location: Plantation, FL or Miramar, FL | LOCAL REMOTE (MUST BE IN HOMESTEAD/MIAMI AREA)
- Salary: English $17.00 an hour | Bilingual Spanish/English $18.00 an hour
- Start Date: October/November – Multiple Start Dates
- Schedule: Must be open to work shifts between 7:00 AM – 12:00 AM Monday – Sunday (Must be available for weekend scheduling)
- Training: Training is 2 week and then you’ll be taking phone calls!
Responsibilities:
- Assist callers with questions and navigations of health or meal benefits
- Serve as single point of contact for customers and build a strong relationship supporting them.
- Respond to and own consumer inquiries/issues.
Requirements:
- GED / High School Diploma (or higher) REQUIRED
- 1+ year experience in customer service REQUIRED
- Call Center / Health Care / Insurance environment highly preferred!
